Electronics Operations ManagerLittleton, Colorado Onsite - Fulltime / Direct hireWe are seeking a hands-on Electronics Operations Manager to oversee daily production, testing, inventory, and fulfillment within our manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with engineering and quality teams to support new product introductions while ensuring efficient and reliable execution of ongoing production.Key responsibilities include managing final assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and electromechanical products, maintaining production schedules, monitoring quality metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also oversees inventory control, ERP data management, shipping/receiving, and supplier coordination to ensure material availability and smooth operations.The ideal candidate has proven experience in electronics manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with test equipment, ESD practices, and technical documentation. Excellent organizational abilities are essential for managing priorities in a dynamic, high-mix environment. A technical degree, ERP experience, and IPC knowledge are preferred.
