We work closely with insurance carriers, TPAs, property managers, and homeowners to deliver fast, compliant, and high-quality restoration services.We are seeking an experienced EMS (Water Mitigation) Project Coordinator with strong TPA program experience and MICA moisture mapping knowledge to support and help grow our Emergency Mitigation Division.Position OverviewThe EMS Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating TPA-driven water mitigation and emergency service jobs from intake through completion and invoicing. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance workflows, documentation standards, and compliance requirements under TPA programs.This position is ideal for someone who understands the urgency and structure of EMS work and can keep multiple projects moving while maintaining compliance and communication.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate water mitigation, mold remediation, fire mitigation, and EMS contents jobsManage job intake, work authorizations, and required insurance documentationHandle and maintain compliance for TPA programs including:Contractor ConnectionAlacritySedgwickPerform and review MICA moisture mapping and drying documentationUpload and manage job documentation (photos, moisture readings, drying logs, reports)Track job progress from emergency dispatch through completion and billingCommunicate with adjusters, TPA reviewers, property managers, and customersAssist with estimates, supplements, and approval requestsEnsure all jobs meet TPA KPIs, timelines, and documentation standardsCoordinate crews, equipment, inspections, and job milestonesMaintain accurate job status tracking and internal reportingSupport project managers and field teams to avoid delays and denialsRequired Qualifications (Must Have)Hands-on experience with TPA programs is REQUIREDContractor ConnectionAlacritySedgwickMICA (Moisture Mapping) software experience is REQUIREDExperience coordinating water mitigation / EMS restoration projectsStrong understanding of moisture mapping, drying standards, and documentationExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced emergency environmentHigh attention to detail and strong follow-throughComfortable using restoration estimating and project management softwarePreferred QualificationsXactimate experienceExperience with large-loss or multi-site mitigation projectsKnowledge of insurance billing and invoicing processesPrior restoration or construction office backgroundThis position offers an engaging for professionals passionate about restoring properties and helping clients recover from damages.
