Project Manager - Water or Transportation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Alternative Delivery Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects in the Water or Transportation sectors. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in design-build, CMAR, or P3 delivery models, and a proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams through all phases of project execution.To express interest or verify qualifications, please emails recruiter directly at michael.crabtree@cybercoders.comKey ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, design, and construction of water or transportation projects using alternative delivery methods.Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality from preconstruction through closeout.Collaborate with clients, design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.Develop and negotiate contracts, including teaming agreements and GMPs.Oversee risk management, change orders, and project controls.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior staff.Support business development efforts and proposal preparation for new opportunities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).8+ years of experience in infrastructure project management, with at least 3 years in alternative delivery.PMP or PE certification preferred.Strong understanding of design-build, CMAR, and/or P3 delivery models.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).BenefitsSalary $135-150K (based on experience)Discretionary BonusRelocation assistance available401k with matchUnlimited PTO and Sick leavePaid HolidaysHealth InsuranceDentalVisionLife Insurance
