Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will own the integrated global strategy across sales, marketing, digital commerce, and customer engagement—ensuring Leatherman continues to build on its iconic heritage while accelerating into its next era of growth. This is a rare opportunity for a senior commercial executive who has successfully scaled consumer brands across multiple stages, industries, and channels, and who can unify sales and marketing into one high-performing global engine. The Global VP will lead high-impact teams across North America and international markets, strengthening Leatherman's market presence, deepening customer connection, and delivering measurable, sustainable revenue performance. In this role, the executive will: Develop and execute the global commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and long-term profitability Elevate Leatherman's brand positioning and storytelling across all consumer touchpoints and regions Lead integrated marketing, sales, and digital initiatives across retail, wholesale, eCommerce, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer channels Champion modern omnichannel engagement through data-driven insights, innovation, and performance marketing Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Finance, and Innovation teams to align go-to-market execution with enterprise priorities Build, mentor, and inspire a collaborative, accountable, high-performing global organization The ideal candidate is a visionary yet hands-on leader with deep expertise in consumer brand growth, digital transformation, omnichannel strategy, and global commercial execution.
