You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Active Florida State PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Minimum 3 years of skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience. (Client requirement.) Experience treating geriatric patients and working with restorative nursing programs is preferred. Experience with electronic medical records in a SNF setting is preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
