Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their dynamic team on the Med Surg/Telemetry unit. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an acute care setting with a primary care nursing model, where you will be supported by virtual admission and discharge nurses, as well as LPNs.As a Telemetry RN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients with a variety of surgical and medical needs. Your responsibilities will include:Managing a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4-6 on night shifts and 1:5-6 on day shiftsProviding care for patients with neuro, orthopedic, and general surgical conditionsUtilizing EPIC for charting and documentationInterpreting telemetry strips and titrating drips per protocolCollaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient careTo be successful in this role, you will need:Active RN licenseBLS and NIHSS certificationsExperience with EPIC charting systemProficiency in managing PCA pumps, TPN/Lipids, and narcotic usageNeed 1 year experience in setting, with surgical experience requiredMust have total joint experienceApply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
