Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.As a Product Development Manager in Liquidity & Account Solutions (L&AS), you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.Job responsibilitiesSupport the product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Deliver across the L&AS multiyear strategic roadmap, from concept to business requirements to delivery and post release.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technology, operations, marketing, sales, compliance, legal and other control functions to ensure successful product deployment and launchOversee product testing to ensure products meet the business requirementCommunicate product development progress and challenges to senior management and stakeholdersContinuously evaluate and improve product development processes and cross functional product and technology engagement to enhance efficiency and effectivenessRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of proven experience or equivalent expertise in product development or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.Proven ability to document and verbally communicate concepts and ideas including product requirements in appropriate formats to technology partners as well as all stakeholders.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.Experience in managing complex products.Knowledge of payments, liquidity and account solutions productsAbility to independently lead cross-functional groups.Thorough understanding of the processes by which corporations conduct their banking and payment transactions.Understanding of Agile, JIRA Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.Experience in managing complex products.Knowledge of payments, liquidity and account solutions productsAbility to independently lead cross-functional groups.Thorough understanding of the processes by which corporations conduct their banking and payment transactions.Understanding of Agile, JIRAJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
