A self-starter mindset with impeccable attention to detail ? Stellar organizational, communication, and time-management skills ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bonus for matter/document management or accounting software ? A paralegal certificate (ABA-approved preferred) – or equivalent hands-on experience ?
