The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ServiceNow platforms. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage and optimize ServiceNow functionalities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.Mandatory Skills:Proven experience in ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, including user management and role based access control.Experience in TSM development and implementation.Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript and knowledge of ServiceNow APIs.Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.ServiceNow Administration certification.Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Knowledge of integration techniques with other enterprise systems.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow administration and software development.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
