Job Title: AWS Sr. Cloud Infrastructure ArchitectLocation: Plano, TX (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)Exp: 12-15+ Yrs of Exp Salary Upto $140k/Yearly + BenefitsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced AWS Sr. Cloud Infrastructure Architect to design, build, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud infrastructure on AWS. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, and enterprise-scale system design, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and cost optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions on AWSLead cloud architecture strategy, including migration, modernization, and optimization initiativesDevelop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormationArchitect high availability and disaster recovery solutionsCollaborate with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to ensure best practicesImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (CloudWatch, etc.)Optimize cloud costs and resource utilizationEnsure compliance with security standards and governance policiesProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teamsConduct architecture reviews and recommend improvementsRequired Skills & Experience10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in AWS cloud architectureStrong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, ECS/EKS, etc.)Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)Deep understanding of networking, security, and identity management (IAM)Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and performance tuningFamiliarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsAWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (preferred)Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure/GCP is a plus)Background in automation and scripting (Python, Bash)Experience in enterprise cloud migration projects
