The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and strategic guidance on a wide array of healthcare regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters. This includes but is not limited to, offering counsel on healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and Medicare/Medicaid, as well as addressing AI and cybersecurity issues in the healthcare sector. The role also involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, supporting corporate transactions, and ensuring the company's operations align with all relevant laws and regulations. Applicants for the Associate General Counsel position at the company should have a strong background in healthcare law, with a focus on regulatory and compliance issues.
