This includes the design, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive privacy program, the development and enforcement of company-wide privacy policies, and the delivery of privacy training programs. The role also involves monitoring global privacy law developments, conducting privacy impact assessments, and working with cross-functional teams to identify and remediate privacy risks. Applicants for the Senior Privacy Counsel position at the company should have a strong background in privacy and data protection, with a focus on both U.S. and international regulations. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with various business functions, including IT, HR, marketing, and R&D, and to serve as a key advisor on privacy-related matters.
