This role is critical to ensuring consistent fit, quality, and construction across all product categories.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Design and Production teams to establish and maintain fit and construction standardsDevelop detailed spec packages, including grading and construction detailsMeasure and evaluate samples (development and proto) for accuracy, quality, and workmanshipLead fit sessions and provide clear, actionable feedbackCommunicate fit, construction, and quality comments to vendors using detailed explanations, diagrams, and/or patternsCollaborate with Production and Compliance teams to ensure all products meet children’s safety standardsRespond to internal and vendor inquiries related to fit, specs, patterns, and constructionWhat You BringStrong technical foundation in children’s apparel construction and fitAttention to detail with a high standard for quality and consistencyAbility to manage multiple styles and timelines in a fast-paced environmentClear and effective communication skills across cross-functional teams and external partnersThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong presence in the children’s apparel space and play a key role in delivering high-quality products.
