RequirementsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
