If you are ready to take on this rewarding challenge, we would love to hear from you! **$10k Sign on Bonus with One (1) Year FT Commitment**Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plansSupervise, support, and guide CNAs and nursing assistants on shiftAdminister medications and treatments safely and accuratelyPerform assessments and monitor resident conditionsDocument care clearly and timely in the medical recordCoordinate admissions, transfers, and dischargesRespond to incidents and complete required reportsCommunicate effectively with residents, families, providers, and leadershipMaintain compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control, and safety standardsParticipate in surveys, audits, and quality improvement initiatives Leadership Expectations:Provide strong shift leadership and clinical oversightAssign CNA workloads to ensure quality resident carePromote accountability, professionalism, and teamworkEscalate staffing or clinical concerns appropriatelyServe as a role model for resident dignity and compassionate care RequirementsCurrent, active, unencumbered RN or LVN license (Texas)Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehab, or healthcare preferredStrong communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skillsAbility to work independently and make sound clinical decisionsKnowledge of nursing standards, scope of practice, and regulatory requirements
