If you are passionate about emergency nursing and want to be part of a supportive, friendly team committed to excellence, we would love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Assess and monitor patients' conditions promptly upon arrival in the Emergency Department.Provide immediate and effective nursing care to patients experiencing medical emergencies.Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.Document all patient care activities and observations thoroughly and accurately.Educate patients and their families about care procedures, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions.Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the Emergency Department and ensure medical equipment is operational. RequirementsValid Registered Nurse (RN) license in accordance with state regulations.Previous experience in Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit is preferred.Strong ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer skills.Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure patient safety and care quality.NIHSS certification must be obtained within six months of hire; maintain without lapse.Completion of TNCC certification within eighteen months and basic EKG/arrhythmia course within six months of employment.
