Based in Westminster, Colorado, our team is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented Office & Marketing Coordinator to bring company events to life, coordinate travel (flights, hotels, and transportation), and manage accurate data entry.Advanced Space is a rapidly growing, privately held business that incorporates our core values in all that we do. This role will be based in Westminster, Colorado.ResponsibilitiesOffice AssistantManage incoming and outgoing mail (physical and digital)Maintain distribution lists and contact databasesRespond to standard inquiries on behalf of the teamCreate, format, and edit documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint at a minimum and other company organizing programsPerform basic data entry with accuracySchedule and coordinate internal meetings end-to-endPrepare agendas, handouts, and presentation materialsManage room reservations and AV/technology requirementsCoordinate catering and refreshment ordersTrack office supply inventory and place routine ordersCoordinate with facilities for maintenance and repairsAct as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear and timely communicationHandle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate partiesWork at front desk greeting and supporting vistorsMarketing AssistantAssist in supporting and coordinating event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirementsSupport the planning committee by attending meetings and taking detailed notesOrganize and purchase materials and supplies needed for eventsHelp manage RSVP lists and ensure smooth check-in processes during eventsBook flights, hotels, and transportation for team members.
