This opportunity offers broad exposure across hedge funds, private equity, and real estate investment structures within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Why This Role:Direct exposure to senior leadership and investment professionalsBroad product exposure across hedge funds, PE, and real estateEntrepreneurial culture with strong visibility and growth potentialOpportunity to step beyond pure fund accounting into operational and strategic initiativesStable and well-established investment platform with a collaborative team environmentResponsibilities:Oversee daily fund accounting activitiesSupport month-end NAV production across multiple investment vehiclesHandle cash and position reconciliations within Advent GenevaCoordinate with fund administrators, auditors, tax providers, custodians, and prime brokersPrepare and review expense allocations and fund payment activityAssist with investor reporting, compliance, tax, and audit-related deliverablesPartner closely with front office and investment teams on reporting and analytics initiativesContribute to ad hoc operational and strategic projectsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred3+ years of experience within hedge funds, alternative investments, or fund administrationStrong understanding of month-end NAV and fund allocation processesExperience with Advent Geneva strongly preferredAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
