Healthcare Supply Chain Lawyer
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Contracting Lawyers with at least 5 years of in-house legal experience in the healthcare industry.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts specific to the healthcare industry, including supply chain agreements, SaaS, IT, and procurement contracts.Collaborate with cross‐functional teams, including procurement, IT, supply chain, and business development, to support the company's commercial objectives.Develop and implement best practices for contract management and risk mitigation.Assist in resolving contractual disputes and provide advice on risk assessment and management.Stay informed about industry trends and legal developments to proactively address potential impact on the business.Provide strategic legal guidance to internal stakeholders on contract‐related issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of in‐house legal experience within the healthcare industry, preferably including time in a health system or other healthcare‐focused organization.Proven expertise in SaaS, IT, procurement, and supply chain contract management.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and commercial contracting within the healthcare industry, including fraud and abuse laws as well as HIPAA/HITECH and state privacy laws.Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non‐legal stakeholders.Proactive, solution‐oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.Active admission to practice law in your state of primary residence.CompensationThe estimated total compensation for full‐time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500–325,000 per year and for non‐attorney roles is $71,250–309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
