This firm has built a strong reputation for aggressively advocating on behalf of consumers and consistently securing favorable outcomes against major manufacturers.With a steady pipeline of cases, strong operational support, and a collaborative team culture, this is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to deepen their expertise in Lemon Law while maintaining a sustainable workload.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of Lemon Law matters from intake through resolutionConduct case evaluations, legal research, and strategy developmentDraft pleadings, motions, and settlement demandsRepresent clients in arbitrations, negotiations, and court proceedingsCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teamsQualifications2–10 years of legal experience (consumer protection or Lemon Law preferred)Licensed and in good standing in New YorkStrong litigation, negotiation, and case management skillsAbility to manage a high-volume caseload effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with a client-first mindsetSalary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $200,000.
