A prestigious, nationally recognized law firm in Chicago is seeking a polished and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide true 1 to 1 support to a senior executive within the organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for a career Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility role and has a proven background supporting C‑suite or senior leadership. Who You Are A polished, professional Executive Assistant with at least three years of recent 1 to 1 EA support to a senior leader. Exceptionally detail‑oriented with outstanding communication, proofreading, and organizational skills Able to navigate competing priorities, manage multiple deadlines, and make sound independent decisions Confident interacting with high‑level internal and external stakeholders A proactive problem‑solver who anticipates needs before they arise Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and judgment Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus What You'll Do Provide comprehensive 1 to 1 administrative support to a high‑level executive, including complex scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and day‑to‑day prioritization Serve as the executive's primary point of contact, professionally managing communications with senior leaders, external stakeholders, and high‑profile visitors Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials Coordinate and support meetings, videoconferences and department events, ensuring all logistics, materials, and technology needs are executed flawlessly Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, departmental documents, and confidential materials Assist with special projects, departmental initiatives, event support, and the ongoing management of calendars, org charts, and shared resources Process invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently Provide additional administrative support to other leaders as needed and act as a trusted resource to the broader department Why This Opportunity Is Unique This role offers the chance to support a respected senior executive within a leading law firm-ideal for an EA who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, enjoys being a strategic partner, and brings a polished, client‑facing presence.
