Abaris Real Estate Management is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced On-Site Condominium Manager for Potomac Oaks Condominium, a large, established community of over 500 garden-style condominium units located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The community features extensive green space, mature trees, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a central boiler plant.This is a full-time, onsite leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, staff, and vendors at the community.
