We specialize in high-reliability airborne and space-based remote sensing payloads that offer active and motion imaging and data processing, exploitation and dissemination. We also provide solutions that map and monitor the earth for a variety of commercial and governmental users.Essential Functions:Support the product/program full life cycle including advanced R&D, capture, proposals, design, integration & test, verification, and sustainment.Lead an interdisciplinary team as a Product Owner, CAM, IPTL in space mission engineering, including mission design, analysis, and operations.Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies to develop and manage system models using Cameo Systems Modeler.Design and implement software systems to support space mission engineering.Decompose high-level requirements into detailed, actionable specifications.Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Develop and maintain documentation, including system architecture diagrams, interface control documents, and test plans.Support the verification and validation of system requirements through rigorous testing and analysis.Train operators on system usage and provide support for customer testing.Debug user-facing GUIs using representative operational data.Ability to obtain a NOAA Public Trust.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
