Applicants for the CIO position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree desired) and have at least 10-15 years of technology leadership experience in the relevant sectors. The role requires a deep understanding of retirement consulting, financial planning, and life insurance brokerage technologies, as well as experience with global financial systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic thinking, business acumen, and familiarity with advanced analytics, AI/ML, and emerging technologies.
