Role Engineerhybrid - Malvern, PAe calls to assist clients as needed.Completes access security requests to grant, update or remove crew, contractor, and systems access. Analyzes the security impact of each request, identifies approvals needed and determines the appropriate approach to complete the request.Maintains effective service relationships with business units by keeping them informed of the status of their access requests and tickets and provides non-technical answers to access questions. Meets and departmental service levels and objectives. Upholds robust global working relationships with other members of IAM, Information security, IT and business partners.Resolves Tier 2 and 3 technical issues (simple to semi-complex nature) to determine root cause increase knowledge and acumen.30%Job ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities include-Onboarding privileged accounts into client's privileged account management (PAM) platform - Cyberark.-Serves as a primary point of contact for clients from the software development community who have questionson how to integrate with the PAM platform.-Performs quality assurance checks on incoming requests in both production and non-production environmentsto ensure security is properly assigned within the PAM platform-Documents new processes and procedures where necessary to ensure consistency of security administrationExperience with the following:-Java experience- Cyberark privileged account security (Client) suite preferred- Knowledge of operating systems and database security (MS Windows Server 2012& 2016, Unix, mainframeACF2, Oracle)- Security administration using CA IdentityMinder or Sailpoint- Proficiency with MS Office tools- PowerShell scripting - nice to have
