They are focused on delivering high-quality projects and maintaining a strong reputation for excellence in their field.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project requirements.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish project budgets and timelines.Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.Track project costs and report on budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the property and construction industry.Stay updated on industry trends and cost-effective construction methods.Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
