Area of Responsibility Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
Support technical teams in managing production support operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and smooth change implementation
Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
Contribution Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery
Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities
Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions
Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities
Required Skills and Experience Knowledge of enterprise Unified Communications engineering experience
Experience with Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP trunking, and Oracle SBC
Advanced understanding of VoIP fundamentals (RTP, SRTP, codecs, QoS)
SIP ladder analysis and call flow troubleshooting capability
Experience managing TLS/SRTP encryption and certificate lifecycle
Preferred Skills and Experience CCIE Collaboration is not required but is a plus
Experience with Cisco Expressway, Webex Calling, or hybrid calling models
Experience with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform integrations
Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools
Participation in architecture review boards or design governance committees
Additional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
