If you have a little sales experience or none at all, you need to work for Roswell Ford. Roswell Ford has pay plans that are non-commission-based to better serve our customers and our employees. Salespeople with a non-commission-based pay plan will earn a base pay of $27,000 per year and the potential to make between $3000-$7000 per month in bonuses. Responsibilities:* Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients * Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline * Close and follow up on sales transactions * Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints * Network and build relationships with new and existing client baseQualifications:* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields * Strong negotiation skills * Deadline and detail-oriented * Ability to build rapport with clientsCompany Description Thomas Krumland, owner and founder of Krumland Auto Group, started his vision for the group when he purchased the Roswell Toyota dealership in August of 1997.
