Back Office Operations Coordinator - Office Manager with Accounting ExperienceWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Operations Coordinator and Office manager to assist with accounting, administrative operations, vendor coordination, and business support across several organizations including property management, staffing, and nonprofit operations.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable with accounting software, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial SupportEnter accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsAssist with invoicing and collections follow-upReconcile basic financial recordsGenerate basic accounting and operational reportsMaintain organized digital and paper recordsAssist with bookkeeping, filing and expense trackingAdministrative OperationsHelp prepare and process leases for property management operationsAssist with staffing business contracts and onboarding paperworkCoordinate and follow up with vendors, tenants, and clientsSupport other administrative activities and documentationTrack deadlines, renewals, and compliance itemsGeneral office and operational support as neededOther duties as assignedQualificationsBasic accounting and bookkeeping knowledgeExperience with accounting software, QuickBooks a plus3 years minimum experience with accounts payable and accounts receivableStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage priorities independentlyHighly Proficient with spreadsheets and basic reportingTech savvyPreferred TraitsDetail-orientedDependable and responsiveComfortable handling confidential informationStrong follow-through and problem-solving abilityProfessional communication with vendors and clientsThis is a full-time position, on-site first 90 days, then hybrid Fridays.
