Director of Operations

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS ALBANY, NY Fusco Personnel is searching for a Director of Operations to lead and optimize key departments during an exciting period of expansion for our client. In this role, you’ll oversee teams across intake, records, facilities, administrative support, and more—ensuring seamless operations while driving strategic initiatives. You’ll partner closely with executive leadership to translate firm goals into actionable plans, manage budgets, and lead high-performing teams. Qualifications 8+ years of operations leadership experience Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results Strong skills in project management, budgeting, and strategic planning Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred Records management experience a plus Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of non-legal departments including intake, records, facilities, office support, library, and administrative services Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and accountability Translate firm leadership’s strategic vision into actionable operational plans Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation Drive process improvements and change management initiatives across the organization Oversee records management and compliance, including CLE/admission tracking for attorneys and paralegals Collaborate with HR, General Counsel, and Executive leadership on firm-wide initiatives Ensure efficient workflow, project tracking, and operational consistency across departments Salary: $110,000 – 130,000/yr (Based on experience & credentials) Fusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
