Acts as first level support for end-user issues, including: computers, printers, scanners and various production software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, EPIC, Citrix and other Windows applications. The core of the position is troubleshooting computer hardware and software as a customer service representative.QualificationsExperience: Entry level position. Healthcare related IT help desk experience a plus.Education: High School diploma or equivalent requiredLicensure/Certification: Technical certification preferred.Working Knowledge: Possesses a detailed knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, applications and a broad knowledge of general IT systems across the continuum.As part of our team, you are empowered to work collaboratively with our physicians and other caregivers, and play an integral role in setting the standard for excellence in patient care.Every team member at OHH plays an integral role in our patients' experience.
