A well-established, community-rooted veterinary clinic in Rowlett, TX is looking to welcome an experienced Associate Veterinarian to its thriving team!This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role within a busy, high-performing practice that has been proudly serving its local community for nearly five decades. With multi-generational client relationships at its heart, this hospital offers the kind of continuity and connection that makes general practice truly rewarding.Operating across a spacious 6,000-square-foot facility with 13 exam rooms and a team of eight full-time doctors, this is a large, fast-paced hospital with a broad caseload spanning routine wellness, dentistry, surgery, internal medicine, and urgent care. The incoming veterinarian will inherit an established, busy caseload — a real opportunity to hit the ground running with a full diary and an engaged client base from day one.The ideal candidate is an experienced veterinarian comfortable working at a pace, with appointments scheduled at 30-minute intervals. The hospital operates seven days a week, including evenings, with weekend responsibilities shared on a rotating every-third-weekend basis. A four-day working week is the preferred schedule for this role, offering a strong work-life balance within a dynamic clinical environment.Key Highlights:

DVM or equivalent degree required
State Veterinary Board License in good standing for Texas, prior to start date
Active DEA licence or DEA licensure eligible
Experienced veterinarian comfortable managing a high-volume, fast-paced caseload
