This growth presents exciting opportunities for you to be part of our dynamic team.SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager (Contractor) to support intercompany centralization, transfer pricing execution, and global close activities within a complex, multi-entity environment.This role will play a critical part in advancing intercompany centralization strategy, supporting SAP stabilization, and preparing for increased complexity from acquisition integration and global operations.The position requires strong expertise in SAP (S/4HANA), PaPM, intercompany accounting, and transfer pricing, combined with the ability to lead process improvement and cross-functional initiatives. This individual will operate in both a hands-on execution capacity and a project leadership role, driving improvements while ensuring continuity of close and reporting processes.Primary ResponsibilitiesIntercompany Centralization & Process OwnershipSupport the design and execution of intercompany centralized operating modelDrive end-to-end intercompany process improvements (reconciliation, invoicing, IC AR/AP netting, settlement, TP adjustments)Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, AP, and OTCReduce fragmentation, manual processes, and inefficienciesDevelop and maintain process documentation (SOPs) to support scalability, audit readiness, and knowledge retentionTransfer Pricing & PaPM ExecutionExecute transfer pricing processes, including cross-charges, royalties, and allocationsLeverage SAP PaPM for TP calculations, automation, and reportingPartner with Tax to align TP policy and financial executionSAP Stabilization & Process OptimizationSupport SAP S/4HANA stabilization effortsDrive automation initiatives and improve system alignmentGlobal Close & Consolidation SupportSupport month-end close activities and intercompany reconciliationEnsure accurate and timely reportingProject Management & Integration SupportLead cross-functional projects and support acquisition integrationDevelop and track project plans and deliverablesProcess Improvement & Strategic InitiativesDeliver automation and efficiency improvementsEnhance reporting and develop a centralization roadmapExpected Outcomes / ObjectivesAdvance centralization design and governanceDeliver process improvements and automationImprove reconciliation and reduce manual effortStrengthen documentation and controlsSupport centralized ownership of intercompany processesEnable improved settlement and reduce transaction volumeDrive the cleanup of IC balances and subledgersBuild scalable processes for growthExperience & Qualifications8 years of Accounting/Finance experienceStrong intercompany accounting experienceProven transfer pricing experienceSAP (S/4HANA) and PaPM experience requiredProject management experienceExperience in centralization and process improvementStrong understanding of close and consolidationAbility to operate strategically and hands-onLeadership & CollaborationExperience working across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and OperationsStrong stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence without authorityPrior management experience preferredEducationBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA preferredKey Success FactorsBalance execution and transformationStrong ownership mindsetAbility to operate in a fast-paced environmentQuick ramp-up and immediate impact
