Job SummaryThe Accounting Manager supports intercompany centralization, transfer pricing execution, and global close activities within a complex, multi-entity environment. This role combines hands-on accounting execution with project leadership, driving process improvements, SAP stabilization, and scalable solutions to support global growth and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesLead intercompany centralization efforts, including process design, reconciliation, invoicing, netting, and settlement activitiesExecute transfer pricing processes (cross-charges, royalties, allocations) and leverage SAP PaPM for automation and reportingSupport SAP S/4HANA stabilization and drive system and process optimization initiativesManage month-end close activities, intercompany reconciliations, and ensure accurate, timely reportingPartner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, AP, and OTC teams to resolve issues and improve workflowsDevelop and maintain SOPs to support scalability, compliance, and audit readinessLead projects related to process improvement, automation, and acquisition integrationIdentify and implement efficiency gains, reduce manual processes, and enhance reporting capabilitiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred8+ years of accounting or finance experience, with strong intercompany accounting expertiseProven experience in transfer pricing and global close/consolidation processesHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and PaPM requiredDemonstrated success in process improvement, centralization, and automation initiatives
