As an Automotive Talent Acquisition Specialist you'll champion both the business partners and talent to ensure a successful candidate experience, manage all parts of the recruiting process from sourcing to offer and hire across all levels within the region, and play a key role in identifying and deploying TA function process improvements.What You'll Do:Partner with hiring managers to identify and define talent needs required to drive company growth.Source qualified talent through various sources including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, user groups, networking, referrals, and other creative meansDrive continuous improvement and strategic recruiting initiatives by providing your hiring managers the metrics they need.Work closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition Team to learn various hiring processes and best practicesEnsure an incredible candidate experience for everyone we interact with, positively reflecting the ABG employment brandCoordinate and facilitate all on-site hiring eventsAccurately manage data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Perks you'll get:Access to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insuranceEligible to elect other voluntary benefits including: Group Legal, Identity Theft, Accident Insurance, FSA, additional life insurance coveragesContribute up to $270 as a tax-free benefit for public transportation or parking expenses401(k) Retirement Plan with company matched contributionsFull training to learn the business and enhance professional skillsEmployee discounts, including discounted prices on the purchase of Avis/Budget carsAccess to an Employee Assistance Program for services including counseling, financial and legal consultation, referrals for care service and moreWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's Degree or above (preferably Human Resources or related field)A minimum 3 years of full life cycle recruiting, or similar experience, recruiting for a non-exempt workforceA minimum 1 year of automotive recruiting experienceAbility to travel up to 25% to and from job fairs and other hiring events to attract top talentAbility to work autonomously without direct supervisionProven expertise in direct sourcing techniques including search (LinkedIn Recruiter), attraction advertising and social media recruitingThe credibility and excellent communication skills to effectively interface with all levels of management, to build and maintain internal and external relationships and to be an exemplary ambassador for the Avis Budget Group employer brand in the candidate marketThe resilience to operate effectively in a matrix organization within a fast-paced industry, during a period of significant change and growth.Critically, you must display a high sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure dealing with multiple competing priorities and a demanding workloadThe annual starting salary for this position is between $60,000 - $75,000 annually.
