This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to attract top talent, deliver a great candidate experience, and continuously improve hiring processes.Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:• Manage multiple open roles across various departments• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms• Screen and interview candidates and guide them through the hiring process• Partner with hiring managers to move candidates through interviews and offers• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring updates• Improve recruiting workflows and support TA initiatives• Deliver an outstanding candidate experienceTalent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications:• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems• Comfortable negotiating offers and start dates• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Organized, proactive, and collaborative• Passion for DEI and recruiting best practices• LinkedIn Recruiter• Applicant Tracking Systems
