TA Manager -- Recruitment Marketing

The Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Marketing plays the lead role on our recruitment marketing team, guiding paid media, job posting strategy, content, brand activation, the careers website and more. This caregiver ensures our employer brand messaging is consistent and accurate and provides an informative and positive candidate experience.The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader who has previous brand activation and marketing experience.* Candidates for this position must be current members of Cleveland Clinic's Talent Acquisition team.*Responsibilities:* Serve as lead for a variety of recruitment marketing caregivers and programs.* Formulate strategies based on environmental analysis, market research, competitive analysis and operational availability.* Provide marketing vision, innovation and leadership to product line medical staff and management.* Plan and develop product line marketing budgets linked to key tactics by initiating public relations tactics with the various cross-functional marketing and communications teams.* Mentor and provide growth and learning opportunities for team members.* Collaborate with Department of Communication to develop communication tactics and acts as the product line liaison. Provides customer service assistance to product lines.Minimum qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field* Minimum of five years event planning experience, marketing or advertising experience* Experience with marketing principles, research, policy analysis and program development* Strong financial analysis, problem solving and communication skillsPreferred qualifications:* Master's degree* Minimum of three years in a managerial or supervisory role* Minimum of three years of in-depth product line marketing experience* Healthcare experiencePhysical Requirements:Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. For some roles, ability to travel to other locations, including international travel.Ability to operate a computer, audio visual and other office equipment.Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, including the ability to deliver any applicable training in person and virtually.In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs.Personal Protective Equipment:* Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.Pay RangeMinimum Annual Salary: $84,200.00Maximum Annual Salary: $128,412.50The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.). The pay range does not include the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package (e.g., healthcare, dental and vision benefits, retirement savings account contributions, etc.).
