This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys being close to the manufacturing floor, solving real‑world production challenges, and driving efficiency across CNC machining and assembly operations.Why This Opportunity Stands Out:High‑visibility engineering role with direct impact on production efficiency and process improvement.Blend of technical engineering work and hands‑on manufacturing support.Stable, growth‑oriented manufacturing environment with long‑term career potential.Key Responsibilities:Support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations for CNC machining centers and related equipment assembly.Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs to support production efficiency, quality, and repeatability.Utilize CAD/CAM tools to support tooling design, fixtures, routings, and process documentation.Lead or support manufacturing and process‑related projects from concept through implementation.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, production, quality, and operations teams to implement engineering changes.Analyze workflows, equipment layouts, and material flow to improve throughput and reduce cost.Support new product introductions and transitions from engineering into manufacturing.Maintain accurate manufacturing documentation, process standards, and system data.Serve as a technical resource for production teams and assist with training and process standardization.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.Six Sigma training or certification.Experience supporting or working within CNC machine assembly or equipment manufacturing environments.Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing engineering or CNC‑focused role.Strong experience with CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam, or SmartCAM.Working knowledge of CNC machine programming.Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Solid understanding of machining processes, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing best practices.Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.Familiarity with ERP systems and structured manufacturing environments (ISO, standardized work, lean operations).Compensation Range: $80,000 - $100,000Benefits Offered: 2 weeks of vacation, paid sick leave where applicable by state law, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance Vision Insurance, 401K, and Life Insurance.If you are a passionate Manufacturing Engineer looking for a new and rewarding career, please apply today!
