.NET React Full Stack Developer with Security Clearance

Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET / Modern Web Applications) Location: Washington, DC (100% On-Site) Clearance: Active Top Secret required Overview We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, and sustainment of enterprise web applications within a secure federal environment. This role focuses on building scalable, high-performing solutions across both front-end and back-end systems, with an emphasis on maintainability, performance, and user experience. The ideal candidate brings strong experience across modern application stacks and is comfortable contributing throughout the full software development lifecycle in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications supporting enterprise systems Build and enhance both front-end user interfaces and backend services to meet mission requirements Develop scalable solutions using server-side application frameworks and modern client-side technologies Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define, design, and deliver new capabilities Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and reliability across environments Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code aligned with best practices and development standards Perform unit, integration, and system testing to validate functionality and quality Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and application defects Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to improve overall code quality Support application lifecycle activities including build, release, and version control processes Required Qualifications Active Top Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, OR equivalent experience 8+ years of software development experience Strong experience with server-side development using modern application frameworks (e.g., .NET-based technologies) Proficiency in object-oriented programming and backend development practices Strong experience with modern front-end technologies, including JavaScript frameworks and UI development Experience developing and consuming API-based architectures (e.g., RESTful services) Solid understanding of relational databases and data access patterns Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively within cross-functional Agile teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with modern front-end frameworks for building responsive web applications Familiarity with cloud-based platforms or distributed application environments Experience designing and optimizing database schemas and data access layers Exposure to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments Experience working with containerized environments or application orchestration tools Relevant certifications in software development or cloud technologies Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments What Makes a Strong Candidate Strong balance of front-end and back-end development expertise Experience building enterprise-scale applications from development through deployment Ability to write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code in a structured environment Comfortable working in secure, compliance-heavy environments Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
