This is a build role,not a maintenance role.What you'd be building:• A unified self-service request portal replacing several disconnectedintake channels, with a guided wizard that routes each request to theright fulfilling groupBack-office dashboards and reporting for the staff who work the queueIntegration with an existing Appian room reservation application sobookings flow through to the right team automaticallyMust have:3+ years developing full-time on AppianACTIVE Appian Senior Developer or Lead Developer certification — thisone is non-negotiable and lapsed credentials don't count5+ years in a related IT roleWeb API developmentConfiguring Appian with complex API integrations, data structures,business rules, and group/user securityLeading requirements workshops with non-technical stakeholdersPerformance tuning of Appian processes and interfacesMariaDB (preferred), MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MSSQLHTML, CSS, HTTP, JSONMicrosoft Office including VisioAgile/ScrumAble to pass a federal background checkWhat makes you stand out:• Appian solutions that schedule requests across multiple assignableresourcesAppian integrated with the Microsoft Graph API for calendar eventsPentaho PDI or comparable ETLClickUpLocal to the DC metro area
