Provides payroll support to assigned company entities and conducts training on payroll systems.Processes payroll on a weekly basis including: receives and submits payroll data electronically and resolves any transmission problems, reviews payroll data for reasonableness and resolving errors, and administers off-cycle payments.Ensures all time/attendance information has been captured, reviews time/attendance data for reasonableness and resolving errors, processes payroll allocations between departments, and maintains vacation and personal time records.Fields payroll inquiries, performs required research, and resolves discrepancies as required.Downloads and files payroll informational reports.Processes voided payroll checks and stop payment orders.Reviews payroll system updates as required.Consults with personnel on payroll-related issues.Provides payroll-related training to personnel as needed.Supports campuses, departmental goals, and the overall objectives of the Company.Processes supplemental payments such as bonuses.Performs actions necessary to maintain FLSA overtime regulatory requirements.Complies with Federal, State, and local requirements for tax and social security withholdings and other deductions, insurance, benefits, pension/retirement, 401(k) contributions and company match.Monitors computer reports alerting Payroll Administrators to problems or errors.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation: High School / GEDExperience: 3-5 yearsLocationUS-KY-Louisville Trilogy Health Services 303 N.
