Part-Time Payroll Coordinator

Part-Time Payroll Coordinator Grandview Rehab is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll Coordinator to support payroll and HR operations at our skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for assisting with payroll processing, employee timekeeping, and onboarding support while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred. 12 years of payroll or HR administrative experience preferred. Experience with timekeeping and payroll systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidential information and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Assist with processing payroll for facility employees in an accurate and timely manner. Review and verify employee timecards, overtime, and PTO entries. Ensure payroll records are maintained in compliance with federal and Connecticut labor laws. Assist with new hire onboarding and employee paperwork. Maintain employee payroll records and update information as needed. Work closely with HR and department managers to resolve timekeeping and payroll discrepancies. Support payroll reporting and audits when necessary. Ensure confidentiality of all payroll and employee information.
