Position Overview The selected candidate will provide outpatient child and adolescent psychiatric care within UVA Health s integrated clinical system. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment dedicated to advancing evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and families. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment for children and adolescentsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams across UVA HealthParticipate in clinical supervision and teaching of psychiatry residents, fellows, and medical studentsContribute to departmental academic initiatives, with opportunities for research and scholarly activityProvide services in-person, via telepsychiatry, and at affiliated clinical sites as neededParticipate in shared call coverage, including nights and weekends Qualifications MD, DO, or equivalent medical degreeBoard-eligible or board-certified in Psychiatry at time of hireCompletion of fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry strongly preferredEligibility for medical licensure in Virginia Why Join UVA?
