Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.Maintain customer records and update information as needed.Assist with customer retention strategies.Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.QUALIFICATIONS:Communication and problem-solving skills.Experience in customer service preferred.Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.Competitive Compensation: $46,000 - $55,000 - salary plus performance-based commissions and bonusesState Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
