Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships and following up with customers as needed, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, and using exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. Qualifications include dedication to customer service, ability to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs, excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members, and being proactive in problem-solving. Compensation: $4,400.00 - $6,500.00 per month. About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in San Marcos. Our office is open Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00. We have 35 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
