You will serve as the client’s primary point of contact for schedule and project controls matters across a major, multi-phase data centre campus – one of the most significant capital programs in the US digital infrastructure market today.This role offers genuine scope for career growth and professional development within one of the fastest-growing sectors in the world. You will gain direct exposure to gigawatt-scale program delivery, working alongside senior industry leaders and building lasting relationships across the North American data centre ecosystem.About the RoleServing as the owner’s representative for all project controls and scheduling functions across a large-scale, multi-phase data centre campus in Texas, supporting a gigawatt-scale developer.Developing, maintaining, and updating the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all project phases, disciplines, and packages – including civil/structural, MEP, IT infrastructure, and commissioning.Conducting regular schedule updates, variance analyses, and critical path reviews, identifying float erosion, slippage, and emerging risks before they impact delivery milestones.Tracking open issues, RFIs, submittals, and design change notices (DCNs), ensuring timely resolution and escalating items with schedule or cost impact to the project leadership team.Preparing and issuing weekly and monthly project controls reports for the client, covering schedule status, KPIs, earned value metrics, risk exposure, and look-ahead forecasts.Reviewing and challenging General Contractor (GC) and subcontractor schedules for logic, resource loading, and completeness; ensuring contractor submissions align with the IMS and contract requirements.Supporting the evaluation and substantiation of time impact analyses (TIAs) and schedule delay claims submitted by contractors, working closely with the commercial and legal teams.Maintaining the project risk register and supporting quantitative schedule risk analysis (QSRA), helping the client understand probabilistic delivery dates and contingency requirements.Facilitating schedule review meetings and look-ahead sessions with the GC, subcontractors, design consultants, and client stakeholders, driving accountability and alignment across all parties.Skills and Experience8+ years’ experience in project controls, scheduling, or planning on large-scale construction or infrastructure programs.Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.Strong understanding of CPM scheduling methodology, critical path analysis, earned value management (EVM), and schedule recovery planning.Experience reviewing and challenging GC and subcontractor schedules for logic, sequencing, resource loading, and contract compliance.Familiarity with RFI, submittal, and design change workflows and their downstream impact on project schedule and cost.Ability to produce clear, concise project controls reports and present schedule status to senior client stakeholders and executive leadership.Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach and the confidence to hold contractors and consultants accountable to program commitments.Comfortable working on fast-track programs in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple concurrent workstreams with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.Desirable:Direct experience on data centre / mission-critical facility programs.Proficiency in Primavera P6, working knowledge of Microsoft Project and scheduling integration tools such as Oracle or Procore.Professional certification such as PSP (Planning and Scheduling Professional), PMI-SP, or PMP.Experience with quantitative schedule risk analysis (QSRA) tools such as Safran Risk or Oracle Risk Analysis.What We OfferA high-profile, career-defining role embedded with one of the world’s most ambitious data centre development programs.Industry-leading experience and professional development with direct access to senior team members and client leadership.Real career growth potential within one of the fastest-growing sectors in the global economy – digital infrastructure.A collaborative and supportive team environment with a strong culture of delivery and professional integrity.Pay Range and Compensation PackageCompetitive salary and benefits package.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices and workplace culture.
