Equity Operations AnalystLocation: Boston, MAOnsite Flexibility: OnsiteContract DetailsPosition Type: ContractPay Rate: $60.00 $70.00 / Hour (USD)Shift / Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; 8 AM - 5 PMJob SummaryThe Equity Operations Analyst will support the accurate and timely administration of global equity programs, including restricted stock units (RSUs) and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). The incumbent will handle the operational processes, maintain data integrity in Oracle/Fusion and ETRADE's Equity Edge Online (EEO), and deliver timely reporting to internal stakeholders, including Finance, Payroll, Legal and the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) as needed. In addition, the incumbent will assist with ensuring that the equity programs are compliant with internal policies and global regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain equity related data and workflows in Oracle/Fusion and EEO, ensuring consistent data integrity, proper reconciliations and alignment across systems.Assist with preparation of accurate and timely reporting to the global payroll teams and address any administrative or compliance issues, including reporting tax withholdings for equity transactions, reconciling pre and post tax deductions/rates, and supporting annual compliance and audit testing.Process all RSU grant packages accurately and timely, including setup in EEO, validation, and participant acceptance.Assist with the preparation and execution of the semi-annual ESPP purchase transactions on a global basis, including auditing of data related to employee payroll contributions, purchase details for upload to the E*TRADE system, purchase data for deposit of shares into employee accounts, and reports for local Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting teams.Support the tracking, processing, and review of accelerated equity vesting events due to qualified terminations, retirements, death, and disability.Administer data exchanges between the Company and E*TRADE, including weekly account updates and terminations; review, reconcile, and maintain employee account information to ensure completeness and database integrity.Manage the Equity team email mailbox and ensure timely, accurate responses to employee and HR inquiries, providing clear guidance and resolving issues efficiently.Responsible for the preparation and distribution of standard HR and employee communications.Ensure that the insider lists provided by Corporate Legal including temporary insiders are accurately maintained within the equity database.Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures to support operational consistency, audit readiness, and compliance.Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline workflows and contribute to continuous improvements in global equity operations.Assist with annual plan audits conducted by internal and external teams.Other duties as assigned.Required SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience with global equity programsStrong problem solving skills used to effectively influence decision making and identify the root causes of issues; excellent analytical skillsStrong organization, planning and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks to meet team requirements and deadlinesAbility to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environmentSelf-motivated; able to work independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests and to collaborate with others to identify quality solutionsExcellent follow-up skillsAttention to detailStrong customer service skillsStrong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectivelyAbility to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast paced environmentAbility to identify when matters need to be escalatedAbility to manage vendors appropriatelyStrong MS Excel and MS Word skillsFunctional knowledge of current ERISA, Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act regulations in order to assist with plan compliancePreferred SkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePrior experience with Oracle/Fusion and EEOEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferredWork Environment / Physical Requirements100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions; may require some travel (less than 5%).While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.BenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientGlobal REIT specializing in wireless and broadcast communications real estate and infrastructure.Key features:Over 180,000 communication sites worldwide.Nearly 41,000 properties in the US.Approximately 139,000 properties internationally.Data centers located across the US.Leases space on wireless and broadcast towers, as well as in data centers.About GTTGTT is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, a Native American-owned company in Alaska.
