Serves as a versatile resource capable of quickly integrating into diverse teams, managing shifting priorities, and maintaining productivity in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing communications, preparing documentation and reports, supporting departmental projects, and handling day-to-day administrative functions as needed. This role is essential in maintaining seamless workflow coverage during staffing gaps, peak workloads, or special initiatives, while consistently demonstrating professionalism, discretion, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.QualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredProven track record of effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environmentStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficientlyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groupsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applicationsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamFlexibility to adapt to changing schedules and assignments as neededPreferredAssociate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferredExperience with electronic health records and healthcare management systems Administrative or clerical experience in a healthcare or related settingWhat’s in it for you?
