The Lead Maintenance Technician reports to the Building Maintenance Manager and Center Director. In working with the Building Maintenance Manager, the Lead Maintenance Technician will assist with scheduling and completion of preventative maintenance, routine walks of the facility to identify repairs, damage and potential safety hazards, as well as apply preventative measures to reduce the risk of future problems.
