Perform all regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility. This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Club's property including, but not limited to general facility maintenance, repair of buildings, construction projects and equipment.

Responsible for correcting compliance or safety issues when directed by the Director of Operations, Director of Maintenance, Chief Pilot, Regional Maintenance Director, Director of Safety, Regional Maintenance Manager, or Lead Mechanic.

Leads and manages water treatment facility operations by reviewing operational, maintenance, and laboratory data; serves as the Primary or Backup Operator in Responsible Charge for treatment plant and NPDES permit.

In working with the Building Maintenance Manager, the Lead Maintenance Technician will assist with scheduling and completion of preventative maintenance, routine walks of the facility to identify repairs, damage and potential safety hazards, as well as apply preventative measures to reduce the risk of future problems.

Along with performing all tasks assigned by the Director of Maintenance, Regional Maintenance Manager, and District Maintenance Supervisor, the Aircraft Maintenance Technician 2 will support requests from Maintenance Control Center.
